The Electric Power Board of Chattanooga selects Harris’s consulting group, SITUS FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Chattanooga, TN and Williston, VT, November 1, 2008 – Harris Computer Systems (Harris) is pleased to announce that the Electric Power Board of Chattanooga (EPB) has selected Harris’ SITUS Consulting organization to strengthen their long-term relationship by working together to design and implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. Electric Power Board of Chattanooga’s (EPB) overall direction is to provide their electric customers with Telecom, Internet, Broadband products, and Cable Television as part of their Fiber to the Home (FTTH) initiative. This will be accomplished by utilizing an OSS/BSS offering in conjunction with current EPB business processes and applications to include S&S’ enQuesta ERP software suite. The objective is to allow EPB to further refine business efficiencies and provide quality service for their customers. This project will integrate all applications to establish a system that is adaptive to their operational needs. To achieve this, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach will be utilized to provide a seamless customer service portal for all product offerings across all divisions and vendor applications. The end result will be a single point for customer management of the availability of product offerings and potential billing information services. SITUS Consulting will provide system integration services and utility business process consulting to assist EPB and its vendors with the creation of a new centralized call center landing zone for all billed services. To ensure complete system integration between the enQuesta Central Information Service (CIS) application, its peripherals, and the Telecommunication Application, a seamless integration is necessary and will result in maximizing customer data access to provide the highest level of customer service.
